ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
RADON TESTING
Our NRPP certified technician will install a continuous radon monitor (CRM) in your home that takes readings every hour. After the required 48 hour test period, we will retrieve the CRM and provide the client with test results.

WATER QUALITY TESTING
Water samples will be collected by one of our team members. We then ship the sample to be analyzed by a certified laboratory based upon FHA & VA minimum tests for drinking water contaminants including Total Coliform, E. coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Turbidity.
WELL INSPECTION
Our inspector will perform a visual analysis of the accessible well system plus water flow and pressure readings.

WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE MY HOME TESTED FOR RADON?
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. An estimated 19% of buildings in SC have high levels of radon, regardless of age or location in the state.

HOW ACCURATE IS THE CONTINUOUS RADON MONITOR?
We use the ECOSENSE RADON EYE PRO. It is capable of 30 counts per hour for a very accurate sample.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY WELL TESTED?
The EPA recommends having your well tested annually.
