NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION
​Patriot Inspections, LLC will inspect and identify potential problems with the framing, mechanical, and electrical systems in the home prior to the installation of insulation.
FINAL ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION
Our inspector will perform a detailed inspection of the home systems to provide the client with a report of construction deficiencies prior to final acceptance by the client.
11 MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION
During this inspection we will identify problems with the home systems that have developed during occupancy prior to the construction warranty expiration.
